Anais Nicole Garcia

Anais Garcia is a New York state licensed massage therapist. As a graduate of Columbia Greene Community College her training is in both eastern and western modalities. She was an apprentice to Howard Mermelstein, former instructor at the Swedish institute and co founder of Postural Corrective Massage.

Anais has extensive experience with cervical injuries, contractures, vertebral herniations, TMJ and fibromyalgia.Each session integrates classic swedish, shiatsu, and postural corrective disciplines. To relieve the cohesion of underlying muscular and fascial tissue, deep tissue techniques are implemented.

Each therapeutic massage with Anais is holistic and as individual as each of her clients.
